Notice is hereby given that Regs 7 Mile LLC, 105B 41st Road, Columbus NE 68601, has filed an application with the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission for the issuance of a Retail Liquor License Class C.

The Butler County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing concerning the issuance of said license on January 20, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. at the Butler County Courthouse, 451 N. 5th Street, David City, Nebraska.

All persons desiring to give evidence either verbally or by affidavit in support of or in protest against the issuance of said license may do so at the time of the hearing.
