Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Butler County, Nebraska, on March 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. regarding a possible moratorium on specific types of land development during the comprehensive planning process undertaken by the Butler County Planning Commission. A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be held immediately following the public hearing. The public hearing and special meeting will take place at the Butler County Highway 92 Building, 3190 N Road, David City, Nebraska.
